Our story is your experience
Our award-winning pizza has been created to celebrate the moment. We honor the tradition of East Coast and Detroit style pizzas and offer inspired salads. We use only the freshest of ingredients. Our dough is fermented for 72 hours, using Central Milling flour and "Old World" baking techniques, resulting in a light and crispy crust. We curate our selection of beer, wine and ciders to feature our local favorites.
All of our pizzas can be made gluten-free. We are gluten-free friendly, meaning there is always a possibility of cross-contamination with gluten-containing foods. Anyone with Celiac Disease, Gluten or Dairy intolerances, or strict Vegan practices is strongly advised to choose an alternative kitchen dedicated to these guidelines.
